Update on winners announcement and official channels
Hello,
Is there any expected date or timeline for the winners announcement?
Also, are there any official channels (such as Discord, LinkedIn, or others) where updates will be shared?
Thank you.

This seems a scam to me they have asked for again submission and discarded earlier hackathon. All seems fishy and more of a scam. I'm out of this. Be aware

We have observed that Suyog Jare has been submitting the same project across multiple hackathons. When we reached out for clarification, the response was not cooperative and included threats of false reporting. We advise exercising caution with such participants, as this may impact the integrity of the process.

Hi team, I had a small doubt regarding the submission policy.
You mentioned that submitting the same project across multiple hackathons may impact the integrity of the process. I completely understand and respect that rule.
However, I noticed that some winning projects appear to have been submitted to multiple hackathons as well. Iβm not questioning their quality β in fact, their ideas and execution are excellent.
Iβm just a bit confused about how this rule is applied. Could you please clarify whether multi-hackathon submissions are allowed under certain conditions, or how the evaluation criteria handles this?
It would really help participants like us understand the guidelines better. Thank you!

Hi Ayush ,
Thank you for raising this concern.
Submitting the same project across hackathons is allowed only if there are clear improvements or modifications. To support fair evaluation and resolve tie scores, we have provided an additional 5-day window for minor updates.
We also appreciate you informing us about projects that appear to be submitted across multiple hackathons. We will review them carefully. Additionally, we will be opening public voting to improve transparency.
You may also flag such projects by commenting directly on them, and our team will review accordingly.
Thank you for your support.

Thank you for the clarification and for your efforts to keep the process transparent.
I would also like to suggest a clearer verification of submissions to ensure that projects are not reused across multiple hackathons in their original form.
Ideally, submissions in this hackathon should represent either newly developed work or meaningful improvements, rather than projects that have been submitted elsewhere without real changes.
Consistent enforcement of this would help maintain fairness and better reflect the spirit of innovation.

Hi Phumiphat Asunee,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
We will thoroughly review the projects in question. To further improve transparency, we will also be introducing a public voting phase.
You are welcome to flag any such projects by commenting on them once voting is open, and our team will take appropriate action.
Thank you for your continued support.
